A Human Systems Architect (HSA) moves technically capable agents into a trusted, governed and valuable human-agent operating model, deciding what stays human, what can be delegated, what must be supervised and what evidence is needed before autonomy increases. Designing agentic processes which work from a technical, human and business perspective. It's Service Design Plus for AI and Human interaction. Works in partnership with Forward Deployed Engineers or other technical experts.
